Acrisure Amphitheater is elevating the live entertainment experience in West Michigan by bringing a top-notch dining experience to amphitheater patrons with the debut of the locally-driven culinary program and new food and beverage offerings. Led by Executive Chef and Culinary Director, Maurice Cordova, this effort will bring high-quality food options, local partnerships, and Michigan-sourced products to one of West Michigan’s newest entertainment destinations.
Concert-goers can expect a variety of elevated food and beverage selections no matter how they prefer to enjoy the show. Concession menus featuring signature smash burgers, a build-your-own nacho bar, customizable rice bowls, curated VIP lounge catering and picnic-style dining in the lawn with charcuterie boxes and grilled vegetable bento boxes will ensure that every guest’s culinary experience is enjoyable.
With a long-standing career dedicated to crafting exceptional food and beverage experiences at Van Andel Arena, Cordova now leads the culinary vision at the new amphitheater. After years of working with top touring artists and productions, he combines his industry expertise with a passion for hospitality, ensuring every dish enhances the excitement of live performances and leaves a lasting impression on guests.
“Food is part of the show,” says Cordova. “Our goal is to create an experience that feels exciting, elevated, and uniquely West Michigan — whether you’re in a VIP space, seated in a Loge box, or relaxing on the lawn.”
Acrisure Amphitheater’s culinary program reflects a deep commitment to West Michigan and Michigan-made products, blending local partnerships with premium experiences and crowd-pleasing favorites. To help bring authentic, local flavor to the venues, partnerships with local businesses including Wild Dough, a female-owned artisan bakery; Love’s Ice Cream, a longtime family-run ice cream shop; and Ebel’s Meats, a family-owned butcher serving the community since 1920; highlight the community roots.
