ADA Accessibility

To purchase ADA tickets, please do the following:

  • Visit Ticketmaster.com/ticketing page
  • On the ticketing page, please select ‘Filters’ located on the right side of the page
  • Scroll down to ‘Show accessible tickets’ and turn the button on
  • Select your preferred tickets: wheelchair accessible, semi-ambulatory or companion seats and view available tickets on the map

To exchange for ADA tickets, please do the following:

  • Reach out to your original point of purchase (website you purchase from) to request an exchange in advance of the show date
  • Visit Guest Services upon entering the Amphitheater for the event, here they will work to see if there are any available ADA relocations. Please note all relocations are based on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to arrive early.

Accessible Seating Terms

Wheelchair Accessible: Seating location in which there are no stairs that allows for wheelchair or scooter usage.

Semi-Ambulatory: Seating for those with limited mobility that may require walking a few incline/decline stairs.
Companion Seat: Seating for individuals that are attending an event with someone who requires wheelchair or semi-ambulatory seats.


Sign Language Interpreter Requests

If you require a sign language interpreter, please contact Hilarie Carpenter at hcarpenter@grandrapidsvenues.com to request the interpreter and discuss seating options that will allow for the best view of the interpreter. For best availability of seating locations that can accommodate interpreter placement, please reach out before the event goes on sale to the public.
