Comedian John Mulaney with Very Special Guests Coming to Acrisure Amphitheater September 12

Get ready for an unforgettable night of comedy as John Mulaney takes the stage at Acrisure Amphitheater in Grand Rapids, MI, on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Known for his sharp wit and unique storytelling, Mulaney will be joined by an incredible lineup of very special guests, including Fred Armisen, Mike Birbiglia, and Nick Kroll.

This star-studded event promises to deliver an evening filled with laughter and entertainment that fans won’t want to miss. Local presales begin Wednesday, December 10 at 10AM. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, December 12 at 10AM at AcrisureAmphitheater.com.

About John Mulaney
John Mulaney is a four-time Emmy Award, Critics Choice award and WGA award-winning writer, comedian and actor. Most recently, Mulaney can be seen as the host, writer and executive producer of his Netflix talk show EVERYBODY'S LIVE WITH JOHN MULANEY. The show serves as the continuation of the series EVERYBODY'S IN LA. The series features monologues, guests, pre-taped sketches, musical segments and more. EVERYBODY’S IN LA, was a six-night live comedy series that explored Los Angeles during the Netflix Is A Joke Festival in 2024. In December 2024, Mulaney starred in the Broadway play “All In: Comedy About Love,” alongside a cast including Fred Armisen, Richard Kind and Renee Elise Goldsberry. Mulaney is currently on the first leg of his newest stand-up tour, JOHN MULANEY: MISTER WHATEVER, performing across North America. Mulaney can next be seen in the Amazon MGM Studios film, MADDEN, an upcoming American biographical sports drama directed by David O. Russell.

About Fred Armisen
Fred Armisen is a comedian, writer, producer, and musician. He is the co-writer and co-star of IFC’s Emmy-nominated series Portlandia. He is in the hit Netflix series Wednesday as Uncle Fester. He stars in HBO’s Los Espookys, which he co-wrote and executive produced. He can also be heard in the hit animated Super Mario Bros movie. Armisen stars in, writes, and produces IFC’s hit show Documentary Now. He has also appeared in HBO’s Our Flag Means Death, Judd Apatow’s The Bubble, and Amazon’s series Forever. He voices characters in Big Mouth and The Mitchells vs. The Machines. He is currently starring in the Broadway play All In. Armisen is an 11-season veteran of Saturday Night Live. From 2014-2024, Armisen was band leader of the 8G Band on Late Night With Seth Meyers.

About Mike Birbiglia
Mike Birbiglia is an Emmy-nominated comedian, writer, director, and actor who has performed his award-winning solo shows worldwide—from the Sydney Opera House to the West End of London to Broadway. His solo shows Sleepwalk With Me, My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend, Thank God For Jokes, The New One, The Old Man & The Pool, and The Good Life enjoyed successful runs on and off Broadway and became hit Netflix comedy specials. The shows merge storytelling and comedy in a way that The New York Times has called “Birbiglian.” Birbiglia also wrote, directed, and starred in the films Sleepwalk with Me and Don’t Think Twice. As an actor, Birbiglia has appeared in the films Trainwreck, The Fault in Our Stars, and A Man Called Otto, as well as TV roles in Orange Is the New Black and Billions. He hosts the podcast Mike Birbiglia's Working It Out, featuring guests like John Mulaney, Nick Kroll, and Fred Armisen.

About Nick Kroll
Nick Kroll is an acclaimed comedian, writer, producer, comedian and actor whose work spans television, film, and stage. He is the co-creator and executive producer of the hit animated series BIG MOUTH and its spinoff HUMAN RESOURCES and critically acclaimed FX series ADULTS, as well as HISTORY OF THE WORLD: PT II and KROLL SHOW. Kroll also starred in the long-running FX comedy THE LEAGUE and serves as executive producer and voice actor on Netflix’s upcoming animated series MATING SEASON.

On film, Kroll recently starred opposite Andrew Rannells in Hulu's I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU. His filmography includes RED ONE, DON'T WORRY DARLING, OLYMPIC DREAMS, OPERATION FINALE, UNCLE DREW, LOVING, ADULT BEGINNERS, DATE NIGHT, GET HIM TO THE GREEK, DINNER FOR SCHMUCKS, and I LOVE YOU, MAN. He is also a prolific voice actor, lending his voice to hit animated films such as SING 1 & 2, CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS, THE ADDAMS FAMILY 1 & 2, SAUSAGE PARTY, and THE SECRET LIFE OF PETS 2.

Kroll made his Broadway debut with John Mulaney in 'Oh, Hello on Broadway' and returned to the stage in 2025 for Simon Rich’s 'All In: Comedy About Love', performing alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda, Aidy Bryant and Jimmy Fallon. His Netflix stand-up special 'Nick Kroll: Little Big Boy' premiered in 2022 to widespread acclaim.

Kroll continues to bring his sharp humor and singular comedic voice to audiences worldwide with his latest stand-up tour.
